Persistent mousse, with fine bubbles rising slowly. Pale salmon pink in colour, with a shade of gold. A nose of red fruits and fresh pear. Delicate fruit on the palate, elegant, and showing great finesse. To drink as an aperitif. Can be served with fine delicatessen, or to finish the meal with fresh red fruits. Wine Advocate A bone-dry but delicious wine, with red fruits and a beautiful onion-skin color that just hints at rosé. Lovely acidity completes the serious and highly enjoyable wine.
