Tormaresca Bocca di Lupo 2002

The color is Ruby red. The aroma is fruity with well-combined spicy notes and small red fruit, typical of Aglianico. The flavour is soft, sapid, fresh, and rightly tannic.
International Wine Cellar Deep, almost opaque ruby-red. Refined aromas of blueberry and blackberry jam, with hints of dark tobacco, coffee and spicy, balsamic oak. Offers good grip on entry, then real power in a velvety package. Coats the palate with lush, sweet fruit flavors. Finishes clean, complex and long, with sweet but assertive tannins and remarkable freshness. Probably the best aglianico made outside of Basilicata and Campania. Score: 93. —Stephen Tanzer, July 08, 2005.Customers who purchased this item also bought:
