Bouquet: full and distinct, well pronounced with a marked fragrance of mature blackberries and liquorice root, reminiscent of morello cherry jam, white truffles, spices and vanilla.
Palate: dry without harshness, warm, full-bodied, generous, austere but velvety, with an aristocratic background of toasted almonds; the sensation of the aroma, clean and elegant, lingers in the mouth to the delight of the palate.
